All the staff was exceptionally nice and pleasant, settled my issues. The location was particularly good ready to check people in the cafe was never open.

There was store missing, I was a little disappointed.

Great location for visiting cafés and restaurants. Quite close to the airport, 16 miles, perfect for an early flight.

The room was huge & tidy with bath facilities, 3 showers, bathrooms. Everything seemed great, clean.

The location was great as it was walking distance to cafés and restaurants. The overall atmosphere was family, though some staff members were very lazy.

Our family room was equipped with a bunk bed, bathrooms plus multiple beds. Good service was provided too. Plus, we parked nearby. The location was unbeatable right across the street from the beach. A cool bonus was nearby Frozen Dune ii Inc, that offered tea and coffee.

Its location was favourable, next to the store, and front beach road. Also, Russell-Fields Pier was 2 miles away from the property.

The place was fairly clean and we loved family room. The room we had included central heating, television and ironing facilities. The location was marvellous, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Panhandle Helicopter. The hotel itself was in a very very nice area.
